“Kamigo Clove Theatre Restaurant” (2015-), featuring mothers who also prepare meals for overnight guests, is a restaurant where you can see, eat, and feel, organized by the artist EAT&ART TARO.
Visitors can not only taste Echigo-Tsumari’s specialties such as Koshihikari (rice grown in Uonuma) and carrots under the snow, but also spend a pleasant time with local women (we call “onnasho”, local mothers) who serve meals while performing. Please check the details before visiting.
