※Set A is when using the existing equipment as they are and Set B is when you change the current setting for your own purpose. Please ensure to put them back to the original positions. Please visit the website for details.
※Workshop is available for free of charge when using any of the paid facilities.

Conditions of use
Important note when booking
・Pre-booking is required. Please contact us seven days before your visit.
※Priority is given to those who use the gymnasium (theatre) space. We will accept room booking only if rooms are available one month in advance.
・We only accept cash payment. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
※Payment for a long-term usage can be arranged on invoice. Please contact us separately.
Cancellation
In case you cancel booking, please contact us at your earliest convenience. The following cancellation charges will apply from three days prior to the booking.
Three days before the booking…50% of accommodation fee
Two days before the booking…70% of accommodation fee
Previous day or the date of booking…70% of accommodation fee

Check-out 10:00
※Please let us know if you prefer to arrange different time for check-in or check-out.
Notes on using facilities
・Staff members may not be available on site during the day. Please keep any valuables on your own responsibility.
・We may claim for damages to facilities and equipment if caused by your carelessness.
・This is a smoke-free facility. Please use designated area or the outside of the entrance when smoking.
・The Kamigo Clover Theatre is located in the residential village. Please respect neighbours and make sure not to make noise late at night.
・The facility is equipped with minimum necessity for cooking, plates and bowls. However, please bring any consumable necessary for cooking or sleeping overnight.
※There is a convenience store near by.
・Front door will be locked at 23:00. Please contact staff members in advance if you miss the curfew.

Booking should be made seven days before at the latest and we accept booking for eight people and more. Please contact us with duration of your stay, number of people and purpose of usages.
